Is delivery free?
We offer free Standard delivery on product orders above Rs. 499 and free Express delivery on order above Rs. 899.
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days. However, there may be minor delays during Festivals or special sales. Delivery time usually ranges between 2 – 4 days, but may take up to 7 days for remote locations.
How do I exchange my order?
We do not provide exchange or refund for any order . We offer replacement Only.
What is the process for product return?
No returns & No refunds. Replacement only on faulty products within 5 days and we need unboxing video for the same to justify. We can’t offer you a replacement if 5 days have passed.
If the customer has placed The wrong order and needs Immediate replacement, The Customer will have to return the order at their own expense and have to pay the courier charges for the replaced order.
The product which is available in stock will be exchanged otherwise refund Will be given.

Do you ship items internationally?
No, we are currently delivering in India only.
What are your business days?
We operate between 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays (between Monday to Friday). However, you won’t be able to reach us during festivals and on public holidays.
Where do the products come from?
We operate out of Noida. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Noida.
Can I get refund for delayed delivery?
We are not responsible for delay in delivery, and thus, there’ll be no refunds due to delays in delivery beyond the estimated delivery date. All orders that have been picked up and are in transit, can be cancelled if you don’t accept delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
For orders that haven’t been shipped, you can get a full refund, no questions asked. Contact us to cancel the order. However, orders are usually picked up in the afternoon and are updated on the dashboard only by the end of the day.
***Products ordered during sales and discounts cannot be cancelled.
What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
We recommend inspecting the product upon delivery and connect with our customer service team immediately if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or doesn’t match what you ordered online. We follow a 5 days replacement policy, during which you can request a replacement due to manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for this, the product should be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with the tags, in its original packaging.
If the replacement is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Upon receiving it the product, our team will check if it’s really unused and will ship the replacement.
